Ah, be excited, some life on the site. It sucks being to busy sometimes - I can't really do artsy stuff at school (Ah, I should have been an Art Student...)
I'm always playing with new art styles though, so you may see it kind of waver from the polished current look to a sketchier look.
Oh, Sol still does the textboxes and wordboxes though. Wonder if it's harder for him to do with the artwork now being set in size and color...
New to the forums? Pretty much everyone but Sol and I are. Not even one person has cracked the lowest rank of poster yet. I think you get a special title if you hit 8 million or something...

8 thousand actually. And texting that last one wasn't too tough.
EDIT: New layout is now up!

I think the font coulda used some shrinking, so it doesn't overlap the white box, but other than that, it worked alright.
Hmm... Seems it's very hard to get the Nav bar on the left to line up without black spaces... >.> Crap, I didn't want it to overlap the header or update bar...
Sol, think you can move the forward + back buttons right under the comic instead of under the updates??? + add the next and latest buttons (even if they link to nowhere...)? It looks kind of funny otherwise.

nice, i like the new look. as for the spaces, i might be able to take care of that if you'd like.
Edit: Yes i can, all you have to do is change as follows:
CELLSPACING="1" CELLPADDING="0".

Thanks Wax. And Wax was the one who helped me with the HTML of setting it up before.
As for moving that... It's not easy. I can't seem to be able to figure out how to do it. In the template, they are located right after the comic, but they still show up after the text.
The only way I could do it is if I put it into the text script, which would mean I'd have to go back and do everything.
I can try experimenting with something though. Using the special CG code, I will put it into the text file rather than the template and see if it will update that way.
However, I don't think that would make those other buttons still appear on the 1st and last pages. But we'll see.
I'll try both methods. The first method would get the result K.K. desires.

all spiffyness in any case. And if necessary, we can always just take the "next" and "latest" away and make it a picture instead of a button, right?
hmm, it may be a bit big - if the screen isn't full sized (i.e. if I have my favorites toolbar down the side) then you can't see the donations banner)

hmm if you make it a table Sol like the others, you might be able to get it to work under the comic instead of under the text. i dont know though, it might work or it might not. instead of making different rows all you'd have to do is make them all in the same cell, or you can already use the same one that is on there.

I like the text bubbles on this page better... they're somewhat more centered, which I approve much of.
I'm so fickle.

New layout updates. I put the navigational buttons below the comic now, and it's now put together into a full sword. The only page that doesn't have the full sword is the front page, mainly because doing that would require me to edit the script for that page everytime a new comic was put up, and I'm not willing to do that as it would be a major hassle.
Also, the new header = awesome

I like the new header. My first real crack and angel wings, and it came out surprisingly passable.

New headers done. If Sol likes 'em, you should see them eventually.

I've never thought that levelling up was a bad thing... At least you won't be a goblin anymore, ;P
